I only spent $48.19 on groceries yesterday, that’s because we’re trying to eat up food that’s already in the house. You may notice some things bumped from last week’s menu. We ended up eating out 3 times, so we didn’t get to all our planned meals.

Menu

Breakfast: Cream of wheat, oatmeal, fruit, eggs or toast

Lunches: Leftovers or chicken sandwiches made from store-bought rotisserie chicken

Suppers:

  • Chicken or tuna stuffed avocados, salad and zucchini tots
  • Chicken and black bean quesadillas, chips and salsa, and leftover Mexican rice
  • Taquito casserole, beans and rice, salad
  • Tabbouleh chicken salad
  • Beans topped with cheese, chips and jalapenos, steamed cauliflower
  • Salmon melts, fruit and veggie sticks and dip
  • Leftovers
