Lunches: Sandwiches, leftovers or whatever’s in the fridge!

What deliciousness are you cooking up this week?

I love the picture! And Gracia looks SO happy! Is she inheriting her father’s goofiness?
Yes, she can be very goofy!
The Cheesy Chicken ad Rice Bake is going to be added to my weeks dinners. I am a fan of EVERYTHING that is in that dish!
I’ve only made it once so far, but liked it enough to add to the menu again!
I might even try it in the crock pot sometime.
It’s been getting colder here, and after the long summer I am looking forward to a big pot of vegetable soup. I will be putting in vegetables I’ve purchased from the farmer’s market.
Even though I love summer, one thing I do like about winter is cooking! You can make soups and stews and don’t have to worry about heating up the house too much!
