I know I haven’t done a Crock Pot Tuesday in AGES, but today I thought I’d round up all the crock recipes I’ve posted so far. There’s 9 in all. They’re all healthy, a couple are vegetarian and only one has cream of mushroom (or cream of anything for that matter) in it! I also include a crock pot tip with each recipe!
What’s your favorite crock pot meal?

  1. So glad you are blogging again! My sister made a different pot roast: put a cheap cut of roast (chuck) in the pot and pour a can of tomatoes on it, then slice an onion over and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 hours. The tomatoes and onion cook til they fall apart sort of, then thicken it for gravy, over rice.

  2. My favorite crock pot recipe is soup, any kind of soup. My boys would tell you chili or our macaroni and cheese. Not having a stove I appreciate you recipes as I live by my crock pot all winter.

  3. I`ve never seen a crock pot in Norway, but I would really like one, because it seems like such a nice and easy way to cook food!
